Achieved the following accomplishments during the FreshBooks tenure; Revenue 250%+, ARR 150%+, 3x Payments TPV growth, holding the line on churn while driving 50% growth in customers, and increasing Cloud ARPU by over 40%. Negotiated and introduced five martech vendors into the toolkit, expanded partnerships network by 2x and developed teams with over 15 promotions across various levels.
I am currently the VP of Marketing in Canada (willing to re-locate) at Freshbooks (FinTech B2B SaaS) and oversee a few disciplines including Customer Acquisition, Lifecycle (Upsell and Retention), Sales pipeline, Website strategy (including CRO), Business Development (strategic partnerships), Product Marketing (GTM + ICP), Research, Marketing Operations (own the MarchTech stack) and Creative services (brand and content).
As a hands on data centric lead operator in the org I have built the marketing organization here from the ground up with direct ownership for a multi-million dollar budget and accountability for 2/3 of the organizations revenue targets.
