My career has been built around one guiding principle: that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported during life's most significant transitions. Over the past 15 years, I have combined experience in healthcare administration, higher education, and community leadership with a deep commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals, families, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and interdisciplinary teams by coordinating programs, managing complex administrative processes, organizing educational initiatives and events, and creating welcoming environments where people feel respected, valued, and cared for.

As a Faculty Assistant, Life Spectrum Doula, and Founder of The Collaborative Doula Collective, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, grief, serious illness, and end-of-life journeys. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate with empathy, remain calm during emotionally difficult situations, and provide compassionate support while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills. Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and community partners, responding to inquiries with professionalism, compassion, and discretion.
