• In vivo: chronic air pollution exposure model in mice; characterization of RAS components and evaluation of AT2R agonist Compound 21 on inflammation and oxidative stress.
• In vitro: AT2R–mediated metabolic signaling in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, RPTECs and BAECs.
