My experience is in Residential Property Maintenance and Operations. I have been doing this work for over 20 years and have acquired extensive experience in managing all types of Residential Compounds and enjoy learning more about how to do so as I can.

My professional experience has focused on Residential Property Maintenance and Operations. In this capacity I have taken on tasks ranging from the basic levels of maintenance such as cleaning, landscaping, and light repair work like painting, light electrical work such as replacing outlets or light fixtures, and even light plumbing work such as replacing taps or cartridges or other tasks that don't require a licensed technician. I have also taken on tasks of greater importance such as inspecting properties to ensure that proper safety and by-law codes are met, coordinating with municipality and municipal fire offices to address concerns, and learning about property standards to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the property. My work spans over 20 years, working hand-in-hand with all levels of Residential Property stake holders and technicians.
