Helping customers find exactly what’s right for them has always been a passion of mine. I love the satisfaction in determining what the customer wants/needs, often before they know it themselves, just by asking the right questions. I thrive on problem solving and excel at diffusing tense situations which are also both at the core of being an excellent customer service / sales representative.

I pride myself on having developed a positive reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction at each of my previous places of employment.
