In my roles as General Manager and Chief Manufacturing Officer, I have led large-scale ERP implementations, optimized multi-site operations, created and executed upon new business value propositions and delivered award-winning results in HR, safety, productivity and supply chain performance.

I have served as Vice Chair on the South Western Ontario board of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and as a current Board Member for the London Economic Development Corp., reflecting my ability to interface with boards, industry regulators, and business partners, supporting local manufacturing growth and economic impact.
