My name is Tejpal Kaur. I am 24 years old. Currently employed at Mcdonalds' as General manager position. Have people department experience from the last 3 years and as a store manager from the last 2 years. Managing 70-75 employees in the current store. Customer satisfaction is our first priority and also deal with numerous customer issues in a day.
I am currently employed at Mcdonald's as a general manager position. I have 3 years experience of serving customers and managing around 70-75 people. I will be flexible with my schedule. As a general manager, I have to manage a lot of things altogether like people, customer satisfaction, store profit and loss, sales, service targets, and many more.
I have completed my post-secondary in 2015 in a medical stream in India. And got a graduate in 2020 with a diploma in general arts and science from Lethbridge College.
