Cross Border Trade Product Management

Responsible for building the Cross Border Trade (CBT) product and strategy on Flipkart, to enable International Business on Flipkart.

• Developed the Product Roadmap & Strategy of the CBT product to enable listing & pricing of SKUs from International Partners at scale (10 million+ products) along with international logistics Integration
• Enabled partnership with 2 E-commerce Aggregators & 70+ CBT Sellers in US & China, spearheaded the launch of Flipkart Exports to Sastodeal.com (Nepal’s leading e-comm marketplace)

Flipkart Quick - Hyperlocal Marketplace Program Management

• Responsible for product conceptualization for MVP marketplace launch for hyperlocal model
• Setting up the ‘seller side experience’ of the hyperlocal marketplace, through product and process flows – onboarding, cataloging, pricing, order management, and easy stakeholder handshakes
• Led seamless integration of 5 partners on the Marketplace Hyperlocal model, with business development, on-field training deployment, and tech-issue resolution during alpha & beta roll-out
• Scaled the business to 7 cities with 30+ stores, and 550+ orders/day, topline of INR 5.8 million/month
