- Guided and supervised PhD candidate, Ashutosh Pattnaik for his doctoral thesis.
- Determined the transit time for Earth-directed CMEs during solar cycle 24-25 on STEREO data using Interactive Data Language (IDL) for FITS and md2 file format reduction.
- In collaboration with Prof. Michalek, conducted quantitative analysis, and built an empirical model with high accuracy and optimization using several parameters of speed of a CME.
Associate Supervisor: Fergusson College, Pune, India (Sep 2022 – Present)
- Guided and supervised BSc student, Tanish Nandre for his thesis work.
- Investigating CMEs and associated parameters over solar cycles using SOHO satellite data.
- Statistical modeling was done to determine trends exhibited by CME parameters along with all solar cycles recorded so far.
- MATLAB and C++ were used for signal processing and Quantitative Methodologies, respectively.
Vice President Community Engagement: University of Calgary (Oct 2022 – Dec 2023)
- Served as a committee member in the Postdoctoral Association union (PDAC).
- Organized and coordinated events for the postdoctoral community consisting of 700 postdocs.
- Arranged, budgeted, and scheduled 10 events (5 academic+5 social) events virtually, in-person and hybrid.
- Invited chief guests and managed logistics, venue, food, and activities in collaborative work with postdoc office.
- Attended and monitored strategic planning and committee meetings. Hosted the events as an emcee. Microsoft Office and Prezi was used for management and presentations.

- Postdoctoral representative at Diversity, and Inclusivity Action Committee (DIAC), Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary.
- Mobilized developmental opportunities for the school and contributed for the progress in partnership with the peers.
