I have been working in Customer Service for over 5 years now. I enjoy the human interaction this industry offers, how me doing my job can make/break someone's day which makes it a lot more personal and hence I always aim to uplift the people I serve and I try to put a smile on someone's face by genuinely showing interest in fulfilling their needs. Not only does it make me feel content as a person but at the same time builds customer loyalty so it's win-win.

Strongest suits I possess are constructive communication, problem solving, time management and last but not least leadership.

I have worked numerous positions, most recent being food service supervisor at Tim Horton's for almost two years.

Rest include: Line/prep/trainee at Chipotle, Barista for various brands like local Italian cafe named Vomero Coffee House, big chain like Caffe Artigiano, have also worked in hospitality as a Server at a bar named St. Regis Bar & Grill
