Designs and revises updates to various documents, including letters, minutes, and training development estimates. Carries out administrative follow-ups (written and verbal) with various internal and external stakeholders in the context of file processing.
Manages email inboxes, informs various stakeholders (workers, employers, and employer associations), and acts as a resource person to provide answers to questions related to policies, rules, and procedures governing training activities. Participates in the preparation, drafting, and improvement of work tools, methods, and procedures for delivering client services. Participates in working committees of the vocational training department where expertise is required.
