A passionate hotelier and striving to perfection culinary professional from last 8 years.
Experienced Chef with a passion for the hospitality industry. My greatest experience was working for Iron and Michelin Starred Chef Morimoto at his flagship Restaurant in Doha located in the Award Winning Mondrian Doha.
I trained at one of India’s top Hotel Management Institute i.e. Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad, where I gained my bachelor’s degree in Hotel and hospitality administration.
I started my career as a Commis chef with Hyatt Hotels, this gave me the skills to further develop my talents and eventually move to Doha and work with one of the world’s leading lifestyle hotel brands, sbe. In my time at Morimoto and sbe I honed my skills in menu planning, cost control, leading a team, product knowledge and creating positive atmosphere. Currently, I am working in Canada as Chef in best places of the country.
I also pursued my Post graduation in CANADIAN CULINARY OPERATIONS from Lambton College, Sarnia.
