Responsibility: performed complex troubleshooting and assisted in leading initiatives to solve challenging scientific problems with assays or instrumentation, conducted moderately complex analysis to support process development, evaluated and implemented new technologies and laboratory techniques to improve quality and robustness of sample analysis, performed identification of bacteria and fungi from different sources of samples, bisulfate based methylation studies of buccal samples, polymerase chain reaction based studies and RNA isolation.
