• Resolve client issues; administrative support and give requested information and provide high quality customer service; manage cash balances and gift card inventory stock accurately; insure cleanliness of all work station and guarantee excellent customer service. 
• Greet visitors; answer phone calls & reply to emails; run errands while maintaining a professional composure thoughout interactions with customers or potential clients; maintain calendars for appointments; assist mall’s security department by monitoring access.
