Here I have shared some of my hands on experiences and the knowledge that I have aquired working in the industries I am most passionate about and want to pursue.

Flowers and floral design have become my number one passion in life. I do have over two years' experience working in different flower shops. In the flower shop I had responsibilities such as meeting with clients to understand their needs, budget, and the event's theme to create custom flower arrangements and decorative displays for various occasions. Selecting flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories to build unique arrangements, center pieces, and bouquets. Ordering fresh flowers, managing supplies (foam, ribbon, wire), and ensuring proper care (watering, food solutions). Assisting retail customers, handling sales, processing payments, and advising on flower care. I understand excellent customer service and merchandising both play a huge role in driving sales and makes the costumers experience easier and pleasant. Also being able to get familiar with the items on a personal level that you are going to be selling is a very necessary and asset one needs not only to drive sales but to build those strong customer-based relationships with. My goal in the customer service and visual merchandising field is to utilize my knowledge and marketing expertise to create the most appropriate and unique vision for the company's needs to drive sales while providing excellent customer service. In my positions, I have honed my skills in planning, organizational creativity and adapting original ideas to the company's vision. I have strong skills in communicating strategically with all the teams who are part of the creative process and who will follow through with the production from the beginning to the end, even if it means working nights, weekends, and holidays to get the process completed. I can easily adapt design trends to storefronts, and internal store environments. I am a dependable, responsible, a strong communicator, and a motivated team player. I am a quick learner and focus on exceptional customer service.

Working at several different greenhouses, I was responsible for handling all greenhouse activities from pruning to overseeing the plant upkeep.

Transplanting seedlings and rooted cuttings, plant bulbs, and seeds, and pot and re-pot plants.

Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants and reporting signs of insect and disease damage.
