I am a Media Sales professional currently working with Air Canada as a Customer Experience Specialist at Toronto Pearson Airport, I also own a restaurant where I deal with cooks, servers and front end staff.

When I am at the airport I handle customer queries at different locations, be it lobby or at the customer service desk and when I am at the restaurant I do make sure to give all my customers a WOW experience.

I feel with my experience of handling customers I might be a competitive fit for the discussed position.

• Working in Unionized environment for the last 4 years (Approx)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc..)
• Have a valid Transportation Canada Security Clearance (RAIC)
