This is bader Sabbah 27 years old, I student mechanical engineering diploma, but I'm working in CS departments since i graduated.
Currently im working with Fordeal "Global online shopping platform " as a Senior resolution center since September 2020 .
Im responsible to give the needed support and monitoring to live chat, audit, and payment team in their daily tasks, also follow with the shipping companies, inventory, suppliers themself or any internal department within the company.
Before being senior i was working as an auditing agent for aftersale payment issues.
Also i worked at JollyChic almost same of Fordeal as Resolution center specialist for 7 months,
last but not least i worked at Extensya which offer CMS BPO services, as inbound, outbound then LiveChat agent till i got a promotion for to be at Quality assurance department.
