I worked in the hospitality industry for several years both as a store front cusromer service and in a managerial position. In recent years I have worked online doing research and data entry as well as posting ads for realtors. I am a self starter and can work alone or as part of a team equally well.
As a storefront customer rep I learned how to communicate with people and listen to special requests and accomodate them to the best of my ability. I learned de-escalation techniques as well. In the managerial position I learned how to manage staff and do some office work as well. I enjoy meeting and working with people to come to a satisfactory result.
While I do not got go to school anymore I learn new things all the time. The ad posting for realtors in the latest thing I learned. I am open minded to learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
