• Answer customers at the front desk, by phone and email and follow up on requests and repairs.
• Produce repair or maintenance estimates.
• Perform Navistar, Cummins and Hewitt warranty claims.
• Ensure the follow-up and quality of services of the major fleets (National Defense / Coca-Cola);
• Create sales and productivity tracking reports.
• Work closely with the sales department for the management of new truck preparations.
• Manage requests and standards for Public Works Canada Controlled Goods Program as the designed officer.
• Analyse and close invoices
• Ensure the processing of warranty credits, purchase orders and certain other accounting documents.
• Order controlled goods parts in collaboration with Navistar Defense.
• Seek new contracts, customers and opportunities for the dealer with Merx and other ways while ensuring a relation of trust.
