Proven Hands-On multi-skilled professional with an accomplished quality assurance lead and release manager and 11+ years of professional experience in recuperating customer satisfaction, preventing critical quality issues, and optimizing team performance.Proven track record of delivering quality projects within strict timelines and budgets. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders. Strong experience in the development and implementation of test strategies and automation solutions to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems with the fastest time to market.
Proven experience testing of various applications Experience is managing team of 15-20 members onshore-offshore model across 3 time zones. Expertise in testing applications on different platforms like Web Applications, MS Dynamics 365, SAP, SQL, Web Services and SFDC applications.
Experience with different testing methodologies (Agile–Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, V-model) under different stages of software testing (Smoke, Component, Application, System, Integration/E2E, Cross Browser, Regression, UAT).
Experience in UI, API, Backend (SQL and UNIX batch), ETL testing, creating Regression Suite and KT documentation.
