Bill Gallis is the Principal Human Resources Management Consultant with Adam Alexander & Associates, located in Kamloops, British Columbia. Mr. Gallis possesses over 20+ years of human resources and occupational health & safety management experience in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Gallis is professionally certified (CHRP, CPHR & SHRM) by the Canadian and the Human Resources Management Association of British Columbia since 1998.
Prior to Adam Alexander & Associates, Mr. Gallis has held a various levels of HR-related positions from Director of HR, extensive executive search, to a Compensation Analyst. He has direct experience in ramping up new ventures e.g. electric car manufacture to the development of HR programs for his various clients. Mr. Gallis has performed numerous consulting assignments for a wide variety of clients, including, mines, construction, forestry, tech companies, professional services, social agencies and First Nations organizations.
Mr. Gallis has Chaired the Industrial Adjustment Services committee for Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC), has served on the Community Health Advisory Council for the Thompson Health District, the Board of Trustees for the North Kamloops Seniors Community Centre, member and past Director of Public Relations for the Kamloops Chapter of the Human Resources Management Association, and a volunteer with various community agencies, UCC Alumni Association, Junior Golf, Little League Baseball, B.C. Special Olympics, the Knights of Columbus and Junior Achievement B.C.

Mr. Gallis has managed or actively participated in a variety of human resources management assignments, including:
§ Providing human resources management and occupational health & safety “OUTSOURCING” services to a variety of clients and industries.
Mr. Gallis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary. Upon completion of his Psychology degree Bill transferred into the faculty of Business Administration where his concentration was in human resources management. Upon graduating, Mr. Gallis continued his studies at the U of Calgary obtaining a certificate in human resources management and subsequent to his move back to British Columbia; he continued his studies in human resources, occupational health & safety and labour relations at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, WorkSafe B.C., the Construction Association of B.C. (Auditor Program) and the B.C. Human Resources Management Association.
