• Participated in developing, coordinating, evaluating and updating the company’s occupational health and safety audits, policies, procedures and programs.
• Assisted in conducting Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings for different sites.
• Facilitated conducting toolbox talks as well as health and safety orientation for new employees.
• Actively participated in carrying out incident investigations and corrective actions. 
• Assisted in the safety evaluation of different sites using documentation and standardized process.
• Assessed risks and trends in the workplace and implemented corrective measures to reduce the risk as well as participated in testing emergency preparedness and response plan.
• Actively participated in developing and implementing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Physical Demand Analysis (PDA). 
• Assisted in conducting CRH’s annual contractors’ health and safety orientation.
• Participated in external and internal Life-Saving Rules Audits for Dufferin Aggregates and Dufferin Concrete plants
• Involved in WSIB claims including completion of paperwork, issuing and monitoring modified duties and maintaining training matrix, records and SDS.
• Entered data from various sources to maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
