Hi, I’m Binjal Patel a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a passion for helping young children grow, learn, and thrive. I specialize in creating nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments that support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. I believe every child deserves a safe and inspiring space to explore, ask questions, and build confidence. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, I work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

I bring a total of 5 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator, including my work in India and my current position with ERCCA. I have extensive experience working with children from infancy to preschool age, creating engaging, play-based learning environments that support cognitive, social, and emotional development. I am dedicated to fostering safe, inclusive classrooms and building strong partnerships with families to support each child’s unique needs. My expertise includes lesson planning, classroom management, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and education.

I have completed ECE Level 1 and hold an Educator Assistant degree, with ongoing studies toward ECE Level 2 certification. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in early childhood development, classroom management, and effective teaching practices. I am committed to continuous learning to enhance my skills and provide high-quality care and education to young children.
