In my current position as a Health and Safety Manager, I perform site inspections and write reports on these visits. I make certain that our work sites follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. In addition, I lead Toolbox Talks and schedule training to ensure that all employees are up to date on certifications and as informed as possible in the scope of their work.

I am well versed in writing and reviewing policies, protocols, risk assessments, and reports. I am comfortable liaising with people at all organizational levels, including other health and safety experts, external contractors, senior management, and general staff.

Being an active part in ensuring that others have the knowledge, skills and abilities to go home safely at the end of the day is my driving force.
