We have attached a copy of our resumes for your perusal. As you will see we have had a great deal of experience over the years in the Customer Service and Hospitality Industry. For the past 3 years we have held Joint Building Superintendents positions at both Condominium and Rental Apartment properties in Halifax. We both have strong work ethics, good problem solving and analytical abilities, and great customer service skills.

We would say that we are highly organized with excellent time management skills. We are both sticklers for attention to detail and accuracy and have sound judgment and decision-making ability and are both comfortable to exercise independent judgment and initiative. Our communication skills both verbal and written are of a high standard. We also possess a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Outlook. In our last two positions in condominiums, mainly occupied by older residents, we have become well schooled on their needs, especially in the case where there is an emergency and EHS or Fire Service is required.
