Experience
Proven record in marine incident investigation and casualty investigation. Identify and manage risk in marine operations, provide expert advice on matters related to navigation, cargo carriage and pilotage. Perform vessel quality assessment under the OCIMF & SIRE vetting program. knowledge of international regulations affecting the marine transportation industry. Plan, implement & execute cargo discharge plan as per port & terminal requirements.
