Registered new and existing patients using an older version of Envision. Created new files, pulled existing patient files, had patients complete a general health information sheet, printed a patient visit sheet to record why they were there and the doctor’s notes for billing. - Take patients to exam rooms for the doctors; record in files what they are there to see doctor about. Handled weights, heights, ear temperatures, urine samples (recorded in files), blood pressure using automatic machine, and eye exams for driver’s physicals. Make sure all rooms are kept clean between patients and stocked up as needed.
