As a Software Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Master, my primary focus revolves around building and managing efficient software delivery teams. These teams, comprised of skilled individuals, collaborate to either develop new software products or enhance existing ones. Team Management: Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring smooth progression and high-quality outcomes through effective collaboration. Currently managing a 25+ member team including developers, quality assurance, business analysts, and DevOps engineers.

Architecture Oversight: Guide architectural decisions to align with business goals and technical best practices. Possess hands-on experience in creating system contextual views and data flows for APIs. Collaborate with the architecture team to produce architectural diagrams for APIs.

Problem Resolution: Analyze issues, determine appropriate courses of action, provide tactical direction, and reallocate resources as necessary to resolve bandwidth and information services problems. Resolved problems related to understanding of legacy system and produced clear data flows of the same. Instrumental in meeting performance SLA’s of the APIs

Development Planning: Create comprehensive plans using JIRA, Confluence, and Excel for task allocation, tracking, and milestone management to ensure timely completion. Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to convert requirements into user stories.

Cloud Migration Experience: Lead the migration of monolithic on-premises solutions to the cloud using modern software development frameworks like Spring Boot, Node.js, and REST APIs. Currently working on migrating 22+ legacy APIs from on-premises to AWS cloud.

Technical Leadership: Manage software development teams with hands-on involvement in system architecture, design, code reviews, and performance tuning.
