- Hands on experience in delivering all development, support, migration and upgrade projects with different methodologies like agile.
- Responsible for technical oversight and implementation of Pega solutions
- Responsible for developing optimal architecture and design for the applications/solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to design, develop and optimize business processes across the Pega platform
- Oversee and lead the aspects of design, coding, QA, support, integration and implementation of Pega applications
- Develop and document reusable design and implementation methodologies, tools and frameworks that can be leveraged across projects
- Perform code review for the developed Pega solutions and ensure the coding standards are met
- Regularly assess and review system architecture/design for both new and existing applications to ensure the design guidelines and standards are met
- Suggest alternatives to custom solutions to render Pega OOTB solutions
- Play a key role in developing upgrades and enhancements to current Pega applications
- Establish governance, technical standards, compliances and best practices for the Pega CoE
- Manage and monitor tasks and schedules using tracking tools such as JIRA, Agile Studio, etc.
