I have been a Healthcare professional for 15 years. I am in the process of relocating to Edmonton, and exploring employment options within the area.
I have been in the dental industry for 15 years. Starting as a certified dental assistant, to a clinical leader and trainer. Making the change to an administrative role in business management. I have spent the last 3 years managing 2 dental clinics, with a total of 25 staff.
I am passionate about caring for people. Teaching my teams the tools to advance in their positions, setting the standards for high quality patient & client care. Providing clear expectations, support, and feedback to ensure positive team development. I have a teamwork mindset, comprehensive experience working in challenging situations, and strong core values.
While acting as a manager, I have had the opportunity to work alongside the HR manager. I'm experienced in talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, human resources practices, and performance management. Further, ensuring our A/R was within our projected percentile, following collection protocols, following a production based budget, and managing the teams schedules. I am exceptionally computer literate, a very quick learner, and well versed in many computer based softwares.
