I am a Land Manager with 20 years experience buying private properties and tenures, negotiating contracts, and conducting feasibility analyses and due diligences for land acquisition. I am proficient with writing internal reports and managing properties to add value for companies and clients. I am experienced with working with land title searches, land charges, LTSA, GATOR, and ParcelMap B.C. I am very experienced with Crown Grants, SRW's, and other Crown tenures and interests. My work has resulted in Land Titles corrections (undersurface rights) and Parcel shape revisions (I found errors between surveys and LTSA GIS ParcelMap boundaries and had Land Titles correct them). I have drafted and reviewed many different types of contracts such as purchase and sale contracts, asset purchase agreements, and tenancy agreements, and I have a recommendation for my paralegal work from one of the top lawyers in Vancouver – Brian Abraham with Dentons LLC who I worked with for many years during my employment with Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd and Osisko Development Corp.
