I’m an experienced meat cutter. I don’t know how to cut full carcasses but I know the top cuts. I was also a meat manager for Kaesers Stores and Northern Stores. I also have previous experience being an assistant manager with Fields Stores. I also have some Teacher Education.

I have 8 years of Teacher Education. I was an Assistant manager of Fields Stores twice. Responsibilities in opening, closing store. Dealing with orders and staff. putting away stock and organizing sales and dealing with customers and staff. I also was a Meat Manager for about 8 years at two different smaller locations. i cut meat for shelf and orders. I ordered meat and put away stock. I did pricing and wrapping and dealing with customers and orders.

I have my GED and at least 8 years of Teacher Education.
