You will find that I am person that knows a great deal about many different computer software and programs; with the desire and willing to learn more. QuickBooks, Sage (Simply Accounting) and Microsoft Office are high on my familiarity list.
With my previous experiences it has allowed to adapt to each companies’ situation and concerns, and develop with new situations. Aswell, having to handle the many different businesses associated with ones daily business activities. Accounts Payable/Receivable account list, credit card statements and transactions all being posted and reconciled which will be managed and maintained accordingly. Reconciling accounts is something that I pride myself on. I do have a good background and experience in preparing and process payroll activities.
I have a good background in general accounting, mainly in processing invoices and receipts for daily bookkeeping and record keeping. These duties in accounting can also lead to preparing HST remittance, payroll remittance and others in general office administration activities. These activities can lead to (filing, answering phones, assisting clients and photocopying documents). With my given set of skills and proven background, I am confident in my abilities and would do a good job serving your needs well.
