I am a easy going but hard working Scotsman currently looking to grow his bartending and cocktail creation skills to a new level in a new city and environment!

I have been working in the service industry since I was 16, and through work for distilleries and breweries as well as in many a bar or cocktail establishment I have had the chance to develop my knowledge and skills in many areas of the industry. This has left me with a great tool set at my disposal to adapt to whatever a specific bar or pub needs from me, be it fast efficient quantity service, or a more precisely fancy and delicate drink making approach

Through my degree in psychology and my training as a counsellor that I took part in along side my bar work, I have gained many skills in conversing with people in a way that makes them feel at peace and in a welcome space, it has also given me skills in conflict resolution that can come in very handy in situations where alcohol is involved
