Jessica Toews

I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 16 and have always loved what I do. I started with working in the kitchen in the beginning, and later moved out to the front of house. I worked my way through most of the front of house positions starting as a host and finishing with achieving my goal of being a bartender.

I have been doing this for over 5 years now and still love to learn new techniques and flavour combinations. I am currently looking to extend this knowledge more so I have started searching for a new positions again. I hope my experience in the kitchen, as well as on the floor, catches your eye and gets a gander or two on my resume attached.

Primarily bartending in medium to high end restaurants. I have served a large array of different cuisine as well as got trained in different spirit and wine tasting seminars. working in multiple award winning restaurants and bars taught me a more formal, yet still personable service approach.

I have attended culinary school back in 2014/2015 right out of highschool.
