I’m a good candidate for employment opportunities in the real estate industry that do not have any licensing requirements.
For the past 15 years, I’ve been a landlord currently looking after 4 properties. Since I self manage my own properties, I do perform the same duties as a property manager would, but on a smaller scale.
My goal with employment opportunities is to determine my decision to get licensed.
I am fluent in English and Korean and drive a brand new vehicle while having a clean driving record.
