I am a commercial real estate broker with 40 years experience selling commercial investment property, primarily in the USA although I have closed deals in Canada and in the UK. I have a good deal of business experience and practical common sense but do not have university business degrees (I have a batchelor degree in an unrelated subject, and completed about a year of an MBA program many years ago but did not complete it).
I have connections with many major real estate firms across North America and have closed investment property deals in the hundreds of millions of dollars. I have been doing this a long time and feel I have a good understanding of what sophisticated real estate investors are looking for.
I have not completed an MBA or other business degree. I have a university degree from Concordia University in Montreal, and completed courses towards an MBA at McGill University.
