Connor Heffernan

Hi! I am a hard worker and have a diploma in the carpentry field. I have a total of four years experience in carpentry and I am eager to develop and further hone my skills!

I successfully completed the Carpentry program at the Nova Scotia Community College Cumberland Campus which was a two year course. Part of the requirements to graduate from this program was to do a coop program where I was to work for other carpenters in their own business and obtain a mandatory ten weeks worth of hours.

After graduating from the carpentry program I then work for Paul Davis Systems. Here I was required to do demolition as well as restoration and also new construction.

After I had spent my time with Paul Davis System I then went to work for a small residential construction company called Kevin Hunter construction. Here I learned how to do interior design such as door and window trimming finish work around the base of walls like baseboards. We would also build new features and additions to peoples houses such as, decks, stairs, and sun-rooms.

I graduated from Springhill Jr, Sr, High School during the year of 2017. After that, I then signed for the Carpentry program at Nova Scotia Community College at the Cumberland Campus and graduated with a diploma in Carpentry.
