The first three years of my career journey began in the Automotive sector, I then spent 28 years in the Aviation industry but covid ended that prematurely. I then transitioned to Cannabis Product Manufacturing as an Inventory and Planning Manager. I have years of departmental leadership, planning, and management/coordination experience, and have supervised teams in excess of 25 employees.
I started out as an Automotive Tech, then to an Aircraft Engine Tech. With career development training and work place experience I transitioned to roles in team leading and supervisory, with that came departmental management experience including budget creation, planning, and execution. Create and monitor departmental KPI’s that would contribute to achieving corporate KPI’s.
High School Diploma, Automotive Service Technician Certificate, and 30 plus years of on the job training in highly regulated industries. Gaining education in the work place in Leadership, Production Planning and Inventory Management, along with Continuous Improvement innitiative.
