1. Quality Assurance (QA) Manager Shemberg Biotech Corporation Cogon West, Carmen, Cebu, Philippines July 24, 2017 – April 30, 2024 ➢ Performed technical functions relating to product quality, ensuring compliance to regulatory as well as customer quality requirements, compliance to food safety requirements according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards and technical competence of laboratory personnel. ➢ Made go / no-go decisions for shipping products based on agreed specifications.
2. QA Product Testing Supervisor Shemberg Biotech Corporation April 10, 1996 – July 23, 2017 ➢ Supervised the testing of each sample of primary and final blended carrageenan products for the purpose of determining the stability of the product’s extract properties based on established specifications. ➢ Prepared Laboratory Blends (LB) as basis for Final Blend Instruction, which were issued to the Finishing Department according to the shipment plan
3.  Product and Research & Development Analyst Shemberg Research & Development Center Searsport, Maine, USA January 26 – December 5, 1997 ➢ Performed Quality Control analyses on product shipments from Shemberg, Philippines. ➢ Provided US customers with technical support in their product development and formulation using Shemberg’s carrageenan. 
4. Quality Control Analyst Shemberg Biotech Corporation July 26, 1993 – April 9, 1996 ➢ Analyzed the quality of the Primary Blend (PB) and Finished Products according to the product quality plans and reported results of analysis promptly to the manager. ➢ Recorded results of analysis as reference for the issuance of the COA, for traceability purposes and as an audit checklist to assess whether the quality control and quality assurance procedures called out in the manual are being implemented or not.
