About
I am delighted to bring my experience as a qualified HR Recruiting Coordinator with experience helping HR Generalists and managing the recruitment process to a new opportunity. My experience involves keeping an eye on online job postings, advertising available positions on various external websites, and collaborating closely with HR Generalists to handle various areas of the hiring process, such as screening and assessing applicants, conducting interviews, and checking references.
In general, I am passionate about assisting HR Generalists and supporting the HR team's performance in a cooperative and formal working atmosphere. Handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors is another area in which I excel. I refer complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
