I am currently the Owner/Operator of The Soup Can restaurant in Kingston and Napanee. I have over 20 years of experience owning and managing bars restaurants and establishments. My restaurant is self sustaining and I find myself with time to explore other full time possibilities.
I have always found myself in a leading roll when it comes to my employment. I was a crane operator at KIMCO Steel for years successfully leading a crew of 10-15 people. At the TirNanOg Irish Pub I was the manager of 30+ staff and now at my own restaurant I employ 8 staff.
