- SQL: 5 years of professional experience writing queries from various sources (i.e., MySQL)
- Google Analytics: 1 year of professional experience developing dashboards
- SurveyMonkey: 1 year of drafting questionnaires for information to be collected
- MS Access: A solid 2 years of practice writing join queries and manipulating data
- SPSS: Learned the fundamentals in school and have a strong desire to learn and use it more
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
