My journey as an international student has broadened my perspective and made me adaptable to diverse environments. I have gained hands-on experience in technical support, product photography, and documentation, showcasing my ability to explain complex processes clearly and visually.

Part-time Marketing Assistant for Conestoga College - Applied Computer Science and IT, my job roles are:

• Developed and executed marketing communication strategies for promotional materials, testimonials, social media campaigns, and event management initiatives for ASCIT.
• Designed social media templates and various communication materials using Adobe Express and Microsoft 365, enhancing brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Managed content creation, scheduling, and publishing through Hootsuite, ensuring timely and strategic distribution across multiple social media platforms.

9 years experience as a Network Engineer in a telecommunication domain. my job roles are:

• Delivered exceptional customer support through phone and email, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Developed and updated manuals, reports, network diagrams, call flow charts, and training materials, providing clear and reliable references to support technical operations and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborated with service providers, vendors, and clients to address and resolve IP telephony and line carrier issues or outages impacting client services, ensuring prompt communication and effective solutions to minimize disruption.

3 years experience as a Product Photography in a e-commerce domain. My job roles are:

• Captured high-quality product images that reinforce brand identity, highlighting key features while maintaining stylistic consistency
• Optimized the photography process by creating a streamlined workflow, reducing time spent on editing and delivering final images, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Partnered with marketing and management to develop creative concepts and produce storyboards, images, and videos, resulting in a successful website launch and a cohesive marketing campaign that enhanced engagement.

I took up Technical Communication in Conestoga College, below are some of knowledge I acquired:

• Developed writing skills of grammar, tone and word choice to a publication standard and adapting to various style and conventions while adhering to field-specific guidelines, levels of technicality, and formality.
• Improved knowledge and skills in designing and illustrating technical documents, while applying principles and theories in a variety of technical communication situations.
• Honed skills to create technical documents in response to diverse organizational and community needs, which emphasize transcultural communication as well as legal and ethical issues in technical communication.
• Completed and practiced a research-intensive technical communication project focused on the strategy and implementation of effective communication and marketing solutions.
