I’ve been working in the clinical-education assessment arena for approximately 10 years as both an evaluator within the field (psychometrist) as well as an evaluator of the field (psychometrician).
When I’m off the psychometric clock, I tend to fill my time playing guitar, exploring off-the-beaten coffee shops, cooking, and exploring the world of DIY woodworking projects.
Over the course of my professional tenure, I undertook responsibilities that facilitated diagnoses and treatment pathways through the administration of psychological, neuropsychological, psychoeducational and psychovocational assessments. As a researcher and psychometrician, I’ve managed and supported assessment validation and program evaluation-based projects.
I currently provide consultation services for clinical program evaluation and the development/validation of psychological instruments. I also lead and facilitate workshops focused on best practices and administration guidelines within psychometrics.
I currently hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Literature from the University of Toronto as well as a graduate degree (M.A.) from York University, focusing on health policy, e-privacy, and the migration of assessment tools from paper-based to digitally administrable stimuli.
