Dedicated and passionate volleyball coach with over 10 years of international playing experience representing Saint Lucia and experience developing youth athletes in a high-performance environment. As both a former national team captain and FIVB Certified Coach, I bring a player-centered coaching philosophy built on discipline, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous development. My experience spans athlete development, practice planning, performance analysis, recruitment, and program administration.

International Player - Saint Lucia National Volleyball Team - St Lucia

Represented Saint Lucia internationally for more than ten years in both beach and indoor volleyball.

• Competed in multiple NORCECA Tour events throughout the Caribbean and North America.
• Achieved a career-best 5th-place finish during a NORCECA competition hosted in Saint Lucia.
• Represented Saint Lucia at the FIVB U21 World Championships in Larnaca, Cyprus.
• Competed in the final round of Olympic Qualification in Beach Volleyball.
• Captained Saint Lucia at the U23 Pan American Cup in Guanajuato, Mexico.
• Won multiple ECVA Volleyball Indoor and Beach Volleyball titles.
