With M.Ed, I have taught schools to students of all ages in BC and Alberta. I have always been 

facsinated with Chinese traditional martial art Tai Chi, which provides enormous benefits both for physical and mental health. I have been fortunate to have trained with Tai Chi Master Chao, disciple of Tai Chi Grand Master Li De Yin, referee of International Tai Chi Championship and trainer of many world champions.

I have mastered all the forms of Yang Stye Tai chi Quan Sword, Broad Sword, stick. fan etc. as well as Health Qi Gong and Sun Style Tai Chi. I am teaching the above skills to my students on a daily basis.

Tai chi has tremendously improved my physical and mental health. I am so passionate about it that I am eager to pass on these valuable martial art skills to people of all ages.
