I have 14 years experience at a call centre and more at a client centered business. I am looking forward to new experiences where my knowledge and desire to help can make it easier for people to navigate the world around them. I have worked with excel, microsoft office, and PeopleSoft.
I have experience at being peer support, chat online services, maintaining statistics, and data entry as well as completing legal and financial assessments. I am also a registered foster parent with the region, have 3 children and 2 dogs.
I have worked the last 14 years at Legal Aid Ontario's call centre growing with it from 30 employees to 300 province wide. Previously we were an in-person service assisting the local region's residents with legal matters or referrals. I have experience with excel, PeopleSoft and microsoft word. I am also a registered foster parent with the region and have 3 children and 2 dogs
