I am a seasoned professional with around 39 years of expertise in administering/managing various sorts of contracts in the fields of oil and gas/hydrocarbon, infrastructure, and power. I managed the contracts as big as a single contract of USD 350 million in a USD 4 billion project. · Drafting of various types of contracts (joint venture, consortium or other partnering agreements Pre-bid, Consortium, Wrap Deed, MoU, Novation, Leave & License, HUC Contracts, Manning, Ship Repair/Ship Building, BIMCO/Charter Party Agreements;
· Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalization of GCC (General Conditions of Contract) and SCC (Special Conditions of Contract) Responsibility Matrices, Method of Measurement.
