- Contract management:
- Contract preparation, negotiation, protect cash flow, margins, and prevention of disputes.
- Coordinate with the project team for contract changes & Prepare change orders
- Legal document drafting such as L/Cs, Bank guarantees ( APG, PBG), experience in finance & L/Cs
- Sales activities:
- Bid management for the tenders (technically & commercially) for the team
- Proposal preparation, providing tender docs, follow-ups, negotiation, Pricing, …
- Full cost model preparation, Risk review, Margin calculation, …
- Business Development:
- Market segmentation, Positioning, Market survey, Identifying new sales leads,
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets, Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Project Management:
- Project manager for contracts, Deals with all day-to-day transactions according to defined guidelines
- Predict project earnings in the future by using statistic calculations of the sales contract for each project, Conduct Costing analysis, Conduct and prepare Cash flow for foreign procurement of each project
- Invoicing to the customer, arrangement of service people, PO preparation, Control execution of local contracts, …
- Developing and tracking monthly fiscal plans for procurement of each project
